A journey through central Italy
Le
Marche
A land of poets and artists, beaches and hills, truffles, grapes and olive groves — medieval towns and villages filled with art, history and extraordinary food.
"Le Marche è un dolce naufragar — the plunge into sweet, refreshing depths." — Giacomo Leopardi, Marchigiano poet
"The quality of the local produce is so impressive that one of the most known antipasti is the simple Pa' cu l'ojo — freshly baked bread with extra virgin olive oil."

Meet our
Marchigiano suppliers
We personally know every single one of our producers — their traditional methods, their land and ultimately the quality of their products.
Our focus is on small winemakers, farmers, dairies and butchers from the Le Marche region in central Italy. Because we believe the story behind the food is as important as the food itself.
We are proud to specialise in bringing to London a curated selection of wines, cured meats, cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, pasta and more — all directly from the source.
"Prosciutto, ciauscolo and lonza are a few of the traditional cured meats from Le Marche."
The people
behind our food
Frantoio Agostini
Producing extra virgin olive oil since 1945, this family-run company is now in the hands of the third generation of Agostinis, in the Valle dell'Aso, Fermo.
Cereale Beer
"Not the usual beer" — naturally brewed in Monte Giberto, Fermo. This family business exports to the UK exclusively for Rossodisera.
Martarelli, Piandelmedico & Fontegranne
Three exceptional dairies — artisanal techniques, 30 varieties of cheese, and a biodynamic farm managing every stage from milk to sale.
Varnelli & Anisetta Meletti
Distilleria Varnelli, founded in 1868 — the first in Le Marche to obtain a spirits licence. Anisetta Meletti: perfect with espresso, ice or in cocktails.
Marchigiano
wines
We personally selected each winery, knowing their production for many years. From organic Verdicchio to indigenous red blends.
