Policy
We believe in being open and fair with both our guests and our team.
Our tipping policy
Following the Tipping Act — Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023 — 100% of tips and service charge is distributed among all members of staff.
A discretionary service charge of 8% is added to all bills at Rossodisera. This charge is entirely optional and may be removed upon request.
In full compliance with the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023, every penny of both the service charge and any additional tips — whether in cash or by card — is allocated fairly and transparently among all members of our team, including kitchen staff, front-of-house and support staff.
